1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Technical Compliance & Brand Integrity Center (hereinafter "the Center") at bankonbet-support.site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws, and regulations. The Center provides technical documentation, asset registries, and reporting tools designed to protect the integrity of the brand ecosystem. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including but not limited to technical specifications, asset identifiers, UI components, logos, and documentation, is the exclusive property of the brand ecosystem and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of these assets is strictly prohibited and may result in technical enforcement actions as detailed in our Compliance Log.

3. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on the Center's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not: modify or copy the materials; use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display; attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Center's website; remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

4. Data Integrity and Reporting

Users submitting reports via the Incident Intake form must ensure the accuracy and technical validity of the data provided. The Center reserves the right to ignore reports that lack sufficient technical evidence or appear to be submitted in bad faith. By submitting a report, you grant the Center the right to use the provided technical data (e.g., IP addresses, SSL fingerprints) for the purpose of infrastructure protection and enforcement.

5. Disclaimer

The materials on the Center's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. The Center makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, the Center does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

6. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall the Center or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Center's website, even if the Center or a Center authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international digital commerce laws and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
